BB LEDlightpipe for Infrastructure

The fixtures are often mounted high off the ground and above traffic. Relamping and fixture replacement is a time consuming and expensive job and can also cause traffic disruption. The best alternative in these environments is the BB LEDlightpipe EVO with its high water resistance and closed housing (IP66). The extreme long lifetime of min. 200.000 hours (L90F50) requires a lamp replacement every 22 years, in a worst case scenario.
The BB LEDlightpipe EVO is a modular lighting system for making light lines and is specially developed to reduce the use of cables and cable trunks. Mounting the BB LEDlightpipe EVO is simple and fast due to specially designed mounting brackets and trough-wiring with Plug & Play connectors.
The BB LEDlightpipe is very suitable for application in cold environments such as underground tunnels. The LED light source will perform even better when temperatures are extremely low in contrast to high fluorescent fixtures lose a lot of efficiency. The LED driver can resist a ambient temperature of -40 degrees.
